Last night I was installing Microsoft Office on my machine after the installation when i tried activating it there was some error with the key i supplied in it was something like that they key has been activated maximum number of times so now I had to change the Product key.
I found number of articles related to this, firstly all of them were targeting to Office 2003, 2007 and other versions but there was nothing about MS Office 2010. Moreover the way around for this was very complex playing around with the Registry etc.
If you face the same problem with Office 2010 and you want to change the Product key so you are just required to re-run the setup and the first screen will give you the option to change the product key and just enter the new product key and you’re done….
